At the time I had published this article (as at June 8th, 2015), this instance was observed. However, it seems to have become to operate normally by the subsequent Chrome version upgrading.
It was confirmed that it is working properly in Chrome 43.0.2357.132.

- Question.
- I can’t Change the Display of Columns in the Table Header in [My Tasks], etc. on Chrome browser.
- Answer.
- Javascript library (ExtJS) that is utilized in Questetra seems not compatible with Chrome. Please workaround by using other browser, or by the following method.
You can change the displaying columns in the table of such as [My Tasks] and the table of Search result.
However, as of 9th of June, 2015, a minor problem has been confirmed on the latest version of Chrome browser (Ver. 43.0), which is you cannot select submenu for columns display (Area ‘B’ in above figure) because the submenu disappears when you rollover the cursor on it.
(This doesn’t happen in IE 11 nor in firefox.)
If you are using Chrome, you can work it out by the following measure.
- Clicking on any one of the down arrows to the right edge of any of the column headers to produce a drop-down menu (A).
- Hovering over [Columns] button will provide a further menu for all of the other possible column choices (B).
- When you rollover the mouse cursor to B, you once move out of both of A and B (C), then move to B. (See the figure below.)
(You must be quick to do this or the submenu (area B) will disappear soon.)
If successful, area B, which had disappeared soon, will remain appearing, so you can change the “displaying of columns”.
