Cloud Business, Looking back the year 2015

As the year comes to a close, I would like to express my appreciation for your continued patronage to Questetra product.

 

Looking back on this year, I have been spending all my time on “Product enhancements” throughout the year 2015. And we successfully made version upgrading of four times.

However, in reality, we have gotten a lot of requests for enhancement other than these. That means we still have many things to be improved in our product. We would like to continue to strive to product enhancements also in 2016.

 

 

In addition, we have ended up with six times of Access failure in 2015, despite providing our product as SaaS service (Cloud-computing).

“Access failure” in the online service is what must not occur intrinsically. So I remorse a lot for this year for letting so many occurrences of “Access failure”, compared to the “Service availability” of 6 years since 2009.

Particularly, because the Access failure occurred on the 3rd of September, some part of our customers could not access to our service more than one hour despite on a weekday. Also, the Access failure on the 4th of October, it’s fallen into the state of inaccessible for about four hours, because of the problems in our “Supposition for failure” and ” Detection of failure”.

We have a hope to improve also about the terms of the “quality of service”, in 2016.
