Regardless of the size of the company, there always are conflicts between departments… unfortunately.
Nobody wants to be in conflict like this…
If there is a interdepartmental business, relationship between the concerning sections will become worse; i.e. Sales department and Support department, Support department and Technical department, Technical department and Quality control department, Technical department and Sales department, Sales department and Marketing department, etc.,
Even though, it is because the members of each department are facing their business seriously, so actually they would want to get along. It is better to get along, so that you’ll be able to work comfortably, to put out a higher-quality outcomes, and to proceed the work efficiently.

Why does a Conflict Occur?

“Visualization of Business”, as I have described in the article of “Three Aspects for Visualization of Business“, will become easy to understand by organizing in three aspects of “Rule”, “Progress”, and “Result”.
By visualizing interdepartmental business flow in these three aspects, assertions (complaints) of a1, a2, a3 by “the Asking side” and b1, b2, b3 by “the Being asked side”, will be eliminated or at least be reduced.
By visualizing (clarifying) business rules, it will be no longer that confusing about the method of making request for the asking side, nor the contents of the request is hard to understand for the being asked side, either.
Visualizing the progress of the business, that is, to make possible to understand the status of the progress, the parties concerned on the Asking side can immediately check the status of Issues which they have requested. For the being asked side, inquiries of confirmation of the status from the requester will be reduced.
Visualizing the business result, that is, when the parties concerned in the business to be able to easily understand the track record, the asking side can figure out how much the requestee is taking cost in handling the issue. Also, the being asked side will be able to understand what has happened to the Issues which they have corresponded, eventually.
